Shipping Policy

Thank you for your business! We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that once an item is shipped, we cannot control carrier delays.
  • International Shipping: For our international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by your country’s government.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@weightsandglory.com with your order number and details. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. For fitness equipment, the product must be in its original packaging without any signs of use or damage.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items that have been worn, used, or washed.
    • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abuse.
    • Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • How to Start a Return or Exchange:
    1. Please email us at info@weightsandglory.com to initiate a return or exchange. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the item and size you would like.
    3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Return Shipping:
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for the refund to post to your bank or credit card statement.

Product Care

To ensure your Weights & Glory apparel and products last, please follow the care instructions on the product label. For clothing, we generally recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying to preserve the print and fabric quality.
